Adventure Plus is fundraising to build an Adventure Base, an exciting new concept in adventure youthwork here in Oxfordshire – in the heart of England! Do you want to be part of making this a reality?
Here’s how you can get involved in fundraising.
1. Think of something fun and challenging for you and your friends to do
Here are a few ideas!
- Movie Marathon
- Sponsored silence
- Bake-off with a cake sale
- Charity Abseil
- Car wash
- Hike or Bike
- Camp out
- Put on a show
2. Collect sponsorship for all your hard work! Let us know how you get on and send us some pictures! Join us at the Adventure Base for a FUN -packed afternoon, a BBQ and the A+ FunRaising awards!
Get your Youth Group involved
This centre is for young people so we’d love youth groups to help us bring this vision to life by joining the funRaising adventure!
A+ has already bought the land but we’d love your help to let others know about this fantastic plan for a TOTALLY unique youth adventure centre.
As a thank you for your encouragement, we’d love to welcome you to the A+ FunRaiser Adventure Day to enjoy some of these activities and a BBQ and to see how the site is developing.
There will be prizes for all kinds of achievements, such as the groups who have evidently had the most fun telling others about our exciting plans… there is nothing to pay and NO FUNDRAISING TARGET to reach – but there might also be a prize for the group that raises the most support each year!
