At A+ you will find professional team building and management training courses to meet your specific aims. Using adventure activities to provide an out of the ordinary challenging shared experience for your team. We facilitate relationship building and personal development.

Over one or more days, our tailor made courses can vary from river journeys by canoe and free hanging abseils to combined multi-activity story scenarios each designed to engage and positively challenge your management and staff teams.

With varying levels of team building & management theory, each course can be followed up with skilled debriefs to explore issues relating to your training aims and a discussion forum with insights into the strengths and areas for positive development within your team.

A+ provides a wide range of outdoor development courses. These can include outdoor pursuits such as canoeing or abseiling plus a high level of management training input.

Multi-day challenge events provide a unique tool to bring out human resource and leadership issues in non-threatening and exciting ways.

This can involve overnight hotel accommodation, a stay in our new Cosy Timber Yurt Village or as simple as bivi-shelters in the woods!
